ISLAMABAD: German Ambassador in Pakistan Dr Cyrill Nunn has said that his country was ready to play its role as to promote Pakistan exports to European Union (EU) through Germany.
The German ambassador disclosed that there was 20 percent increase in Pakistani exports to EU and Germany after the GSP Plus status, saying that the Pakistani exports to EU were increasing.
Addressing a meeting at Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the German ambassador also stressed a need for promotion and strengthening of trade ties between Pakistan and Germany. He pledged to make sincere efforts to ensure the easy access of Sialkot exporters to European Union (EU) markets.
