ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Single Window (PSW), an organisation under the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), has launched a mobile application aimed at making cross-border trade more efficient and digital.
According to PSW, the app will allow importers, exporters and customs clearing agents to monitor their trade-related activities through their mobile devices.
The application will provide real-time updates on import and export declarations and customs clearance, as well as facilitate regulatory compliance.
Users will also be able to access various certificates online and submit requests for provincial cess and bank guarantee releases through the app.
The mobile application also includes payment slip ID and payment management system features, while a customer support facility will be available to guide users.
PSW said the initiative aims to make the trade process faster, more transparent and convenient by providing modern digital services to importers, exporters and relevant stakeholders.
