MEXICO CITY: Five Peruvian startups traveled to Mexico to participate in an exchange of technological and innovative development.
Five Peruvian startups traveled to and took part in a meeting of young businessmen and women in Mexico focused on technological and innovative development.
The meeting and activities for Innovation Trip was held in the framework of the Alianza del Pacifico (Pacific Alliance) in Mexico City, Mexico.
In an interview with the business news portal Milenio, the Peruvian startups explained that the meeting helped them to realize how they can reach the regional public and learned from the experiences of Mexican businesswomen and men.

The five participating Peruvian startups included Joinnus, Handap, Greentech, Urbaner and Outfie.
Joinnus is an app that allows users to find cultural, sport and music events in your city and gives the user the capability to purchase entrance tickets. While Urbaner is an app that serves as an intermediary between businesses that send packaged products, and their clients. Urbaner help make the exchange efficient and timely.
“This was great for us because we are approaching investments not only within our country, but within the Pacific Alliance, so we have eyes in Chile, Colombia and Mexico in our project,” Domingo Seminario De Col, Joinnus Operations Director, told Milenio.
The Pacific Alliance is made up of Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru and forms a trade bloc as they all border the Pacific Ocean.
