LONDON: PES 2016 is much less demanding on the PC as compared to FIFA 16 as we reported earlier; however, there is difference in resolution for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game.

And we thought the potential of Xbox One was starting to be realized now. Anyhow, the Pro Evolution Soccer product manager for Europe, Adam Bhatti has revealed the resolutions for all the four console versions of the game.

While the PlayStation 4 version is going to be graced with a native 1080p with the game running at 1920 x 1080, the Xbox One version is not going to be able to meet that. Although you can call it 1080p, it will not be native on Xbox One as the game runs at 1360 x 1080.

For those of you who do not know, the difference in number of pixels in a native 900p and this is not much. Where 1360 x 1080 gives 1468800 pixels a native 1600 x 900 has 1440000 pixels.

However, Bhatti emphasizes that the users are not going to see much of a difference between the Xbox One version and the PlayStation 4 version of PES 2016.

As far as the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game are concerned, they will both be running at 1280 x 720.

So tell us, are you satisfied with what PES 2016 is achieving on the Xbox One version as opposed to the PlayStation 4?
