Peshawar Bonded Section receives surplus amount of Rs57.713m during May FY2p16-17

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Dry Port Bonded Section earned more revenue with an amount of Rs57.713million of All Duty Taxes during May of Financial Year 2016-17 against the collection of same period of corresponding Fiscal Year 2015-17.

The Bonded Section received Rs288.147million All Duty Taxes during May of FY2016-17. The Bonded Section generated Rs228.434million under the same heads during corresponding FY2015-16.
According to Bonded Section Peshawar, during May FY2016-17, the Bonded Section got Rs106.065million Customs Duty (CD) whereas it did Rs152.169million Sales Tax (ST) and it collected Rs10.257million Federal Excise Duty (FED) and it also did Rs19.656million under Additional Income Tax (AIT).
During corresponding financial year, the Bonded Section Peshawar earned Rs91.302million CD and it did Rs112.234million ST and collected Rs8.655million FED. The Bonded Section Peshawar generated Rs16.243million AIT.
