Peshawar Customs Gadoon station collects Rs41.75m during July, August 2016-17

ISLAMABAD: Customs Collectorate Peshawar Gadoon station collected Rsw41.75 million as duty and taxes during first two months of financial year (FY) July-August 2016-17.

Sources told Customs Today that that customs station Gadoon collected Rs19.24 as customs duty during July-August 2016-17, while the same station collected Rs32.25 million as customs duty during same period of FY 2015-16.

It was told that during the months of July-August 2016-17 Gadoon station collected Rs22.51 million as sales tax while Rs.21.73 million were collected during same period in FY 2015-16.

The sources said that Customs station Gadoon collected duty taxes amounting to Rs41.75 million during July and August 2016-17 while Rs 53.96 million were collected during the same period of previous Fiscal Year 2015-16.
