ISLAMABAD: The Collectorate of Peshawar’s Customs Station Hazara collected Rs47.94million all duty taxes and surcharges during the 1st to 15th April of Financial Year (FY-2016-17).
During above said period, the Hazara did Rs13.77million Customs Duty whereas the Hazara collected Rs1.24million miscellaneous taxes and surcharges during initial 15 days of April FY16-17.
The Hazara customs station collected Rs0.06million Redemption Duty on imports during 1st to 15th of April FY16-17. The said customs station collected Rs22.433million Sales Tax on palm oil.
The Hazara collected Rs8.94million Additional Income Tax. The said customs station collected Rs1.50million Federal Excise Duty on imports during the first 15 days of April FY16-17. The Customs Station Hazara collected Rs07.07million all duty and taxes during the first 15 days of January of the Financial Year 2016-17.
The customs Hazara station showed satisfactory performance and collected Rs2.29million Customs Duty (CD), Rs0.17million miscellaneous surcharges and Rs0.01million Redemption Duty on imports during above said period.
During above said period, the customs collected Rs3.11million sales tax on palm oil duty, Rs1.24million additional income tax and Rs0.25million federal excise duty.
In the first 15 days of December of FY2016-17, the customs collected Rs15.64million all duties taxes. The Customs Hazara station officials are optimistic about achieving their assigned targets.
