PESHAWAR: The Customs Department has announced to hold auction of confiscated vehicles and goods on October 17 (Monday) at 11:00am in its office at the provincial capital.
The goods, which would be auctioned, include motor cars and jeeps, auto parts, cloth, tea, TVs and other consumer items.
According to a Peshawar Customs official, it would be an open auction in which anyone can participate. The vehicles and goods can be seen two days before auction at Peshawar Custom House, he said, adding that the bids would be accepted on the spot and one fourth of the amount would have to be deposited if the bid is accepted.
