Peshawar Dry Port earns Rs185.14m as all duties & taxes during 15 days of present month

PESHAWAR: The Customs Dry Port Peshawar generated Rs185.14million of all duties and taxes during the initial 15 days of September Financial Year (FY) 2017-18.

According to details given by sources of Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Peshawar that, during above said period, the Dry Port earned Rs58.50million as Customs Duty (CD) whereas it did Rs1.24million of miscellaneous duty taxes.
The Dry Port Peshawar got Rs16.84million as Redemption Duty (RD) while it did Rs67.99million of Sales Tax (ST). The Dry Port received Rs10.45million of ST VM on Imports during the 1st to 15th of September FY17-18.
The sources told CT that the Peshawar Dry Port generated Rs28.94million as Additional Income Tax (AIT) while it did Rs1.18million of Federal Excise Duty on Imports (FEDI).
