MULTAN: The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) has sealed four food points, imposed fines on 33 and issued warning letters to 98 eateries during raids in various cities across South Punjab.
PFA Director Operations South Punjab Capt ® Saeed Leghari said that crackdown on adultrators and unhygienic food sellers would continue. The team sealed 786 bakeries in Multan, Ismail sweets in
Khanewal, Ghauri pan shop in DG Khan and Al-Muqeeb store in Rahim Yar Khan, imposed Rs 94,500 fine and issued warning to 98 eateries over poor cleanliness arrangements.
