LAHORE: Pakistan International Airlines operated 297 extra sections for Umrah in addition to its routine scheduled flights during the last six months.
A total of 89,634 passengers travelled on these special flights. In comparison, in the corresponding period last year, PIA had operated 188 extra sections for Umrah in addition to its routine flights, and a total number of 63,422 passengers had travelled on these flights.
The total number of passengers travelling during last six months on PIA’s scheduled as well as special flights for Umrah is 207,089 in comparison with 124,031 in the corresponding period last year.
