PIAF urges FBR to start payment of refund cliams on priority basis

LAHORE: Pakistan Industrial and Traders Association Front (PIAF) has urged the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to start payments of refunds claims to industrialists and traders on priority basis.

PIAF Chairmen Irfan Iqbal Shaikh said that the government should address the problems being faced by traders of the country. He said that traders and industrialists will extend their full support to government for the improvement of economy.

Vice chirman Shahzaib Khawaja said that traders and industrialists and facing shortage of revenue to non payment of refund claims. He said that growth of industry is already suspended due to power crisis and non payment of refund claims.

He appealed to government to take revolutionary steps in improvement of national economy.
