LAHORE: Pakistan Industrial and Traders Association Front (PIAF) Chairman Irfan Iqbal has said that the government should not impose new tax on traders and provide relief to industry in upcoming budget for next financial year 2015-16.
He said that the government should collect more revenue by controlling smuggling because billions of rupees smuggling raising burden over already shaky economy adding that government should establish new vocational institutes and increase the fund allocation to health and education sector in next budget.
One percent decrease in interest rate is good sign for industry and government should focus on imports and exports.
He suggested that government should broad tax net to strong economy and to provide relief to retailers and shopkeepers.
