PM announces Rs5b for rehabilitation of Islamabad roads

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz has announced special package of Rs5 billion for rehabilitation of different roads in the federal capital.

The prime minister announced this, while inaugurating the multi-billion Islamabad Highway widening project. An approximately 25-kilometre long signal-free corridor on the Islamabad Highway from Zero Point to Rawat will be developed at an estimated cost of Rs21.8 billion.
