WARSAW: Poland’s state-run gas firm PGNiG said on Tuesday it completed the process of receiving offers for spot deliveries of cargoes with liquefied natural gas (LNG) for June. In May the company said it was considering buying five cargoes of LNG in June and July as spot contracts.
“On May 13 the PGNiG Group has completed the stage of receiving offers for June LNG spot deliveries to the LNG terminal in Swinoujscie. Now the company is analysing them. The offers for July deliveries will be collected by June 17,” PGNiG said in a statement. The company added that with the LNG spot deliveries it will take into consideration the price and other conditions offered by the LNG suppliers at a given time.
