CHENNAI: Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd (Polaris) said on Thursday that its CEO Jitin Goyal has resigned from the company.
Kris Canekeratne, chairman, Polaris said, “Jitin Goyal, CEO of the company, has resigned to pursue other interests. I would like to thank Jitin for his many contributions, and also for building a strong platform that will allow Polaris to grow and scale in the banking and financial services industry. We wish Jitin the very best.”
The company announced its Q2 results on Thursday, posting a 6% year-on-year (yoy) drop in revenues. The company recorded revenues at Rs 506.72 crore from Rs 542.49 crore recorded last year and 2% up from the previous quarter’s Rs 495.50 crore.
