SARGODHA: The police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested two lady smugglers and seized huge quantity of narcotics and cash from them. Police said that ASP Bhalwal Circle Muhammad Imran Sethi along with Police party during general checking of suspected vehicles at Salm Interchange arrested two women smugglers identified as Saffia Bibi and Tasleem Begum of District Mardan (KPK) and recovered 200 kg Opium, 120 kg Hashish and Rs 200,000 from them. According to preliminary interrogation, the accused have been smuggling the drugs from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Punjab since long time.
