PORTLAND: Portland Police Gang Enforcement Team officers arrested a 46-year-old man accused of carrying guns, meth, cocaine and heroin.
Billy Troy Ballastressi, 46, was pulled over around 8 p.m. last Saturday at NE Martin Luther King Boulevard and Going Street. Officers determined he was wearing a bulletproof vest and was in possession of several kinds of drugs as well as a loaded gun.
He was arrested on charges of felon in possession of firearm, felon in possession of body armor, possession of loaded firearm, unlawful possession of firearm, possession of heroin, possession of meth, manufacturing cocaine, delivery of cocaine and possession of cocaine.
