KARACHI: Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) Pak-Russia Business Council chairman and Honorary Consul of Republic of Belarus have called on Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Chairman S M Muneer and Secretary Rabiya Javeri Agha to discuss the potential export oppertunities.
The TDAP chairman said that since August 2014, Russian Federation has imposed ban agriculture products from the US, the European Union, Australia, Canada and Norway. “This ban has provided Pakistan’s exporters an opportunity to increase their imports,” he said.
Muneer said that TDAP is sending a high-level trade delegation of Pakistan agro food producers to Russian Federation along with participation in the international expo “World Food Moscow”.
