President Mamnoon orders to establish appellate tribunal for hearing appeals regarding passed bills

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Husain has ordered the establishment of a two-member appellate tribunal to hear the appeals regarding Anti-Dumping Duties Bill 2015, National Tariff Commission Bill, 2015 and Countervailing Duties Bill 2015.

It is important to mention here that earlier on August 12 the National Assembly has passed these bills including, “The Anti-Dumping Duties Bill, 2015, Countervailing Duties Bill, 2015 and National Tariff Commission Bill, 2015. The bills were moved by Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Sheikh Aftab Ahmed. The House passed the bills with a majority vote.
