ISLAMABAD: Irshad Ali Shah, Principal Appraiser, has been exonerated from the charges levelled against him.
As per details, the disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the officer, presently posted in Directorate of Internal Audit (Customs), Karachi, under Government Servants Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973. Muhammad Nayyer Shafiq, Additional Collector, MCC (Preventive), Lahore, was appointed as inquiry officer to probe into the charges levelled against the officer.
On the basis of inquiry report, the authorised officer/Chief (Management-Customs) FBR acquitted/exonerated Irshad Ali Shah from the charges levelled against him.
