ISLAMABAD: Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), Overseas Chamber of Commerce (OCC), and Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has finalized their proposals regarding budget and submitted the same to FBR for fiscal year 2016-17.
Sources told Customs Today, that all trade bodies proposed to decrease percentage on various taxes and suggest some amendments and reforms in tax system. Sources said that FBR is considering these proposals while some high-ups of FBR is also going to meet with trade representatives in near future. After their consultation meeting final proposals will be submitted to federal ministry of finance.
