QUETTA: The Model Customs Collectorate has issued Rs71.752 million refunds to exporters during first 11 months of fiscal year 2017-18.
According to Collector Ashraf Ali, Collectorate of Quetta always preferred to provide all basic essentials to the exporters whenever they needed, he added that during initial 11 months of FY17-18 the Quetta Collectorate paid Rs.71.752 million of rebates while it paid Rs72.542 million of refunds under head of Customs Duty.
Ashraf saild that his Collectorate paid Rs15.468 million of rebates during month of May FY17-18 whereas it paid off Rs.1.374 million of refunds during same period. Collector said that MCC Quetta intends to clear all the rebate/refund pending cases before ending of current financial year.
