KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigations Quetta has seized a huge quantity of smuggled goods during the first 20 six days of January.
Sources told Customs Today that the customs authorities also arrested six persons who were involved in smuggling activities. Sources said that customs team recovered 3,000 liters Iranian diesel, 500 kilograms of charas, 200 sacks of fertilizers, chassis of different vehicles, illegal number plates, smuggled luxury vehicles and tyres.
Sources said that customs adopted a comprehensive strategy to curb smuggling activities in Quetta and surrounding areas.
