Rates for number plates of vehicle, motorbikes reduced

ISLAMABAD: Excise and Taxation department has reduced the rates for number plates of vehicles and motor cycles to Rs 800 and Rs 400 respectively.

Parliamentary Secretary for Interior, Muhammad Afzal Dhandla informed National Assembly Wednesday during Question Hour that EHA Hoffman (Pvt) Ltd was preparing number plates of motor cars and motorcycles for Excise and Taxation Department Islamabad.  Meanwhile, replying to another question, the parliamentary secretary said a proposal for repair and maintenance of streets of the federal capital including streets of sector G-7/3 was under consideration.
