RAWALPINDI: Commissioner Inland Revenue Javed Iqbal has called on traders of Cantonment and told them the benefits of the newly-launched Voluntary Tax Compliance Scheme.
Cantonment’s Central Union of Traders President Muhammad Hafeez Sheikh, Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Anjum Rehan, representatives and members of other local traders’ bodies were also present on the occasion.
During the meeting, Commissioner Javed Iqbal urged the local business community to take advantage of the opportunity, provided by the government for the benefit of traders’ community. He affirmed to continue awareness campaign for the tax amnesty scheme among the traders in the city.
