RCCI holds flag hoisting ceremony to mark 71st Independence Day

RAWALPINDI: A flag hosting ceremony was held at the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) to mark the 71th Independence Day of Pakistan. On the occasion, RCCI President Zahid Latif Khan hoisted the flag of Pakistan. Senior Vice President Muhammad Nasir Mirza, Vice President Khalid Farooq Qazi, former president Sohail Altaf, members of the executive committee and a large number of traders attended the ceremony. In his message Zahid Latif Khan said that it is also a day of happiness; a day of bowing down our heads before Almighty Allah in thankfulness and a day of renewing our pledge that we will continue to struggle with unity and oneness for the objectives, for which Pakistan was created.

The RCCI Chief urged the business community to adopt modern lines to meet the challenges of the new era.
