RCCI inks MoU with NAVTTC

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI)  has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC).

President Mr. Saqib Rafiq on behalf of RCCI and Mr. Shafiq Hussain Khokhar on behalf of NAVTTC signed and exchanged the MOU documents at a ceremony held at NAVTTC Head Office, Islamabad. Chairperson NAVTTC, Ms. Gulmina Bilal Ahmed, Muhammad Amir Jan, Executive Director, Muhammad Hamza Sarosh, Senior Vice President, Faisal Shahzad, Vice President, among others, witnessed the signing ceremony.

Under the agreement, a structured program for providing paid internships, work-based Trainings, Jobs to NAVTTC graduates within RCCI. NAVTTC trained graduates will be facilitated in securing apprenticeship, work-based training and jobs through collaborative efforts with industry.  RCCI President Saqib Rafiq on this occasion urged that there is a need to revamp syllabus and curriculum as per industry need and demand.
