RCCI participates at “Business Leadership and Management Innovative Perspectives”

RAWALPINDI: Academia and industry must work together in exchanging futuristic research direction and stipulation. Collective efforts are required to highlight the issues related to proven business leadership and management practices and research with an ambition to transform ideas into reality.  Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industries (RCCI) acting President Muhammad Nasir Mirza made these remarks while addressing as guest speaker at conference titled “Business Leadership and Management Innovative Perspectives”, organised by the Faculty of Management Sciences at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML).

The RCCI president said that there is a need to break the path of traditional business assumptions through innovative perspectives.

He informed that RCCI has taken many initiatives and organizing global entrepreneurship week as a step to facilitate youth, develop stronger private sector, assist the innovators and support the idea of entrepreneurship as a career opportunity.

RCCI chief said it is need of the hour to strengthen industry-academia linkage to endorse business activities and Rawalpindi Chamber is playing its due role in this regard.

Former RCCI President Raja Amer Iqbal, also addressed the conference and said that Skilled youth can help Pakistan to meet its goals linked with Mega projects like China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Later Rector NUML Maj.Gen Zia Uddin Najam HI(M)(Retd) presented a shield to Acting President RCCI Nasir Mirza.
