NEW YORK: Redmond-based tech giant will launch Microsoft Lumia 1330 and the Microsoft Lumia 640 at the MWC 2015 which will allegedly be offered by AT&T in the U.S., according to the leaked AdDuplex slide document posted by GSM Arena. The AdDuplex document, dated Feb. 19, mentioned the two new mid-range smartphones from Microsoft.

The Microsoft Lumia 1330 device will reportedly come with a 5.7-inch touchscreen display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution, Qualcomm MSM8930AB Snapdragon 400 chipset, dual-core 1.7 GHz Krait 300 processor, Adreno 305 graphics card, 1 GB RAM, as well as 32 GB internal memory. It also allegedly features a 14-megapixel primary rear-end camera with LED flash and autofocus, as well as a secondary shooter of 5 megapixels. The smartphone will reportedly run using Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1.

Meanwhile, the Lumia 640 comes after the Lumia 630 that was available in the Brazilian market. Once the new smartphone model reaches the U.S., reports claim that it will feature a 5.0-inch screen with 720p. It will be equipped with the basic Snapdragon 400 chipset with 1 GB RAM. The entry-level smartphone is also said to sport an 8.7-megapixel primary rear-end shooter and a 0.9-front-facing secondary camera. At the moment, there are no details about the device’s mobile operating system. Because of that, it could use either the Windows Phone 8.1 OS or the latest Windows 10 operating system. If the rumors are true, the Microsoft Lumia 640 might be sold for $275 in the U.S. via AT&T.

Gadget watchers have to wait until next week to find out if the rumors about the devices are confirmed.
