SYDNEY: The Renault Captur is now available for order across the Australian continent; the compact crossover is available in three versions.
The cheapest version of the model starts from 22,990 AUD and for the money users will get the Expression 90 manual. This is getting a 0.9 liter 3-cylinder turbo petrol burner under its hood, rated at 66 kW at 5,250 rpm and 135 Nm of torque, available from 2,500 rpm. The unit is connected to a 5-speed manual transmission.
The other unit available is the TCe 120, with a 1.2 liter four-cylinder petrol unit, rated at 88 kW and 190 Nm of torque, connected to the six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. The Expression is getting features such as the LED daytime running lights, automatic headlights and wipers, ESC, four airbags, stop/start, front and rear fog lights, rear parking sensors, rearview camera, push-button start, cruise control, climate control, USB, AUX, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment with Bluetooth, cloth upholstery, leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, 16-inch alloy wheels and several other tweaks.
Order the Dynamique and users will get the fog lights with cornering function, roof color side mirrors, dark tinted windows and tailgate, chrome tailgate strip, 17-inch alloy wheels, chrome interior trim, storage nets on the front seatbacks, washable and removable seat covers and so on. Prices for the Expression 120 auto start from 25,990 AUD and for the Dynamique 120 auto users will have to pay 27,990 AUD.
