Resale prices of Singapore’s public housing units fall 1% in Q1

SINGAPORE: Resale prices of Singapore’s public housing units built by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) fell 1 percent in the first quarter of 2016, the HDB said in its flash estimates released on Friday.

The Resale Price Index, which provides information on the general price movements in the resale public housing market, came in at 134.6 in the first quarter, down from 134.8 from the previous quarter.
