ISLAMABAD: The services of Rizwan Basharat, a BS-19 officer of Pakistan Customs Service have been placed at the disposal of Ministry of Commerce and Textile for further posting as Director in the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan, Islamabad.
The services of the officer, presently posted as Additional Director, Directorate of IPR Enforcement (Central), Lahore, were placed on deputation basis initially for a period of three years, on standard terms and conditions with immediate effect.
According to the notification, unless otherwise directed by the competent authority, the officer will stand repatriated to his parent department on completion of deputation period. During deputation period, the officer is not entitled to draw performance allowance equivalent to 100 per cent of the basic pay.
