ISLAMABAD: With the view to ensure transparency in the distribution and utilization of funds, a Payment Verification Interface (PVI) system is being put to trial for launching from the next fiscal year.
According to the management of Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), the PVI project is being on test-run which will take four to five months for this process and after thoroughly checking the system will be launched from the next fiscal year.

This system will help track transfer of amount from the Finance Ministry to BISP and then to bank accounts of beneficiaries.
