Rs20b being spent on construction of 13 small dams in KP

ISLAMABAD: In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) , government is spending more than twenty billion rupees on the construction of thirteen small dams across the province.

Official sources talking to Radio Pakistan informed that these dams are being constructed in Malakand, Hazara, Kohat and Bannu divisions. The dams will help in bring more than sixty thousands acres barren land under cultivation besides controlling floods.
