Rs260m tax fraud case: Pre-arrest bails of Firdous mills directors, managers cancelled

FAISALABAD: A Special Customs Court Wednesday cancelled pre-arrest bails of all Directors and Managers of Firdous Cloth Mills Faisalabad in Rs260m tax fraud case.

The pre-arrest bails were cancelled by Special Customs Court Judge Nazir Ahmed Gajana. Earlier, two petitions, filed by the company to quash the FIR and to protect the accused persons from arrests, were already dismissed by the Lahore High Court. An FIR No 8/2015 was lodged by Police Station I&P RTO Faisalabad in the tax fraud case.
