Rs6.2b dues: CDA to recover land utilisation charges from 2 luxurious hotels

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is yet to recover Rs6.2 billion dues of land utilisation charges from the two luxurious hotels in the federal capital

Sources said that Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA) of the CDA has failed to recover hefty amount from Serena and Marriott pending for years as both the hotels are using Authority’s land as parking lots.
