Rs6 to 14 cut in rates of POL products on the cards

ISLAMABAD: Following lowing prices of crude in world market, the masses are going to get relief in the rates of petroleum products for the third consecutive time which will coincide with the new year. The government is likely to cut the price of petrol by Rs6.25 and diesel by Rs 7.86 per litre from January 1.

The price of kerosene oil will decrease by Rs11.26 and HOBC by Rs14.14 per litre.
