Rs700 to Rs1500/kg rate: Fish sales up as temperature dips

ISLAMABAD: The consumption of sea food items has increased as the temperature has further dipped.

Having Rs700 per kg to Rs1500 per kg rate of different types of fried fish, the sea food outlets in different areas of Rawalpindi and Islamabad including Aabpara, Melody Market, Jinnah Super, Karachi Company, F-8 Markaz, Saddar, Raja Bazar, Tench, Commercial Market and other places have witnessed huge business. Families of different social classes come to these outlets to hit the cold with various kinds of fish including Mushka, Raho, Simon, Pamphlet, Mahsher, and Lobsters.
