RTO-I collects Rs6505m during first 20 days of Sept

KARACHI: The Regional Tax Office-I (RTO-I) corporate of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has collected Rs 6505 million during the first 20 days of September 2017.

The RTO-I collected Rs 5789 million in the wake of income tax, Rs 700 million as sales tax and Rs 16 million under the head of federal excise duty (FED) during the said period.

It is important to mention here that RTO-I generated Rs 17690 million August 2017. It collected Rs 17179 million as income tax, 490 million in wake of sales tax and Rs 21 million as federal excise duty.
