RTO-I suspends UDC on misconduct for three months

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Regional Tax Office-I (RTO-I), Lahore has suspended an upper division clerk (UDC) Khazir Hayat on availing unauthorised leaves without taking it into the notice of high ups.

The competent authority suspended UDC Malik Khazir Hayat under Section 5 (i) of government servant (efficiency and discipline) Rules 1973.

Malik Khazir Hayat was currently working as UDC in Broadening of Tax Base Zone, RTO-I Lahore, has been suspended for the period of three months with immediate effect.

The suspension order was issued by Muhammad Ahmed, Commissioner Inland Revenue.

The copy of suspension order has also been sent to IR chief commissioner of RTO-I Lahore, and other officers concerned.
