RTO-II recovers Rs 4.1 million from Nasar Limited

LAHORE: The Regional Tax Office-II (RTO-II) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has recovered Rs 4.1 million by attaching the bank accounts of Nasar (Private) Limited.

According to the details, the RTO-II recovered this amount in the wake of arrears, which were not paid by the company despite lapsing long time.

The RTO-II team comprising Inland Revenue Commissioner Dr Sarmad, Deputy Commissioner Naveed Ahmed and Moazim Rasheed froze the bank accounts and recovered the arrears.

Officials at RTO-II said that the department has expedited the efforts to recover arrears from tax defaulters following the directions of the FBR.
