KARACHI: The Regional Tax Office-III (RTO-III) has collected a revenue of Rs 41,265 million during the first 20 days of April.
Sources informed Customs Today that RTO-III collected Rs 39,516 million under the head of income tax, while Rs 1,712 million from sales tax and Rs 37 million as federal excise duty (FED).
It is necessary to mention here that Regional Tax Office authorities collected Rs 19,673 million during first ten days of April from which Rs 18764 million were collected as income tax, Rs 891 were collected as sales tax, while Rs 18 million were generated under the head of federal excise duty (FED).
