RTO Multan receives first tax return under tax amnesty scheme ‏

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue Regional Tax office Multan has collected first tax return under amnesty scheme after launching of its first public campaign.

According to details, Voluntery Tax Compliance Scheme  (VTCS) is not getting fame in the public due to concerns of the business community.  Business community is also divided on the Federal Board of Revenue tax compliance scheme. RTO Multan have received first tax return this scheme after organizing seminar for its education.

Tax authorities are also looked worried on the response of the business community which is not keen in taking benefits from this tax amnesty scheme. First tax returns under this scheme after the seminar of FBR for the promotion of this scheme has been filed. Filer have submitted Rs 50, 000 taxes in the Regional Tax Office Multan under tax amnesty scheme.

RTO Multan is running massive campaign for the success of this scheme in the whole jurisdiction but so far results are not fruitful due to distrust of public.
