RTO suspends registration of M/s Abdullah on not filing returns

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Regional Tax Office (RTO) Commissioner Sardar Ali Khawaja has suspended the sales tax registration of M/S Abdullah and Company on not filing the monthly tax returns.

The commissioner stated that the accused company had not been filing the returns for many months on which several notices were issued to it, which were not received.

Later, a team of officials was sent to visit the said office but it was revealed that no any company of this was working at this address.

Keeping in view all situations, the RTO suspended the sales tax registration of the said company in order to restrain the misuse of the registration and save the national revenue.
