MOSCOW: Russia and Portugal shaped a free zone trade through Lisbon and Vladivostok ports. The formation the free trade zone from Lisbon to Vladivostok is not removed from the agenda, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Viktor Khristenko told media.
Viktor Khristenko remarked that the European Union was and still is a key partner for the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union not only in trade, but also in investment and technology. The two unions hold technical consultations at the level of experts. “We are interested in the comprehensive dialogue between the Eurasian Economic Commission and the European Commission,” Viktor Khristenko said.
He also added that the prime ministers of the EEU member states discussed the mid-term priorities in trade with third countries at the today’s session. The sides are still working on the corresponding document. Then it will be approved by the presidents of the EEU states.
