MOSCOW: Rapeseed oil exports from Russia are still behind the last season’s level. In the first half of the 2015/16 season (July-December) Russian Federation supplied a little more than 130 KMT of rapeseed oil to foreign markets, while in July-December 2014/15 nearly 215 KMT were exported.
Export shipments are minimal since season 2012/13, due to significant reduction of rapeseed production.
Most of rapeseed oil is shipped to the EU countries. China, Israel and the Central Asian countries also purchase rapeseed oil from Russian Federation.
