CAPE TOWN: President Jacob Zuma would launch the Presidency and government-wide Energy Saving Campaign at the Union Buildings in Pretoria on Friday, his office said in a statement .
During his State of the Nation Address this year, Zuma urged South Africans to save electricity, including those in the private sector and government departments.
