KARACHI: Federal government has issued notification for appointment of Ms. Sadaf Yousaf as judge Special Court of Customs, Taxation and Anti-Smuggling, Karachi.
According to notification no: F.20(9)/2006-AIV: In exercise of powers conferred under Section 185 (I) and (2) of the Customs Act, 1969, the federal government is pleased to appoint Ms. Sadaf Yousaf, District and Sessions Judge as judge, Special Court of Customs, Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Karachi for the province of Sindh on deputation basis for a period of three years or until further orders whichever is earlier, with effect from the date of assumption of charge.
