BEIJING: Salaries for experienced and skilled employees are expected to rise between 5 and 10 percent this year from a year ago as China experiences a shortage of senior level talent, human resource agency ZW HR Consulting said in a report released here the other day.

Information technology professionals, human resource managers, and mechanical and technical engineers are leading the salary increase this year, the report said.
